Ingredients
- 0.5 Kilogram of beef, all cut into pieces perfectly
- A few Tamarinds
- Moring Glory, cut into half (one type of leaf which is known as TroKun)
- Holy Basil
- Prohok or Cambodian fish paste
- Kroeung (3 cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of chili paste, 3 stalks of slightly pounded of lemongrass, 3 pieces of galangal and 2 leaves of kaffir lime leaves all blended very well)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Process
- Adding a little amount of cooking oil in saucepan, and starting to add pieces of beef
- Adding other ingredients such as Kroeung, a tablespoon of sugar, tamarinds and chopped Prohok; stir all of them
- Left them a while for 16 minutes with a little liter of water
- Adding morning glory
- The next step is adding more water, and waiting them until they are boiling
